Work Description: Stop a radiator from leaking and get it to produce heat.
Comments: I had a radiator that was cold and leaking in my hotel. He talked me into a $5300 job to replace the pipes and pumps coming from the boiler. He took the entire balance BEFORE the job was done. He promised that the system would work like new throughout the 10 rooms of the hotel. The result was that not only did the original radiator not work, but three others stopped working. I had to beg him to come back to finish the job. He wouldn't unless I gave him more money upfront. He came back just to tell me he would come the next day. He never came again. This guy is an absolute crook. His prices are outrageous and you should never trust someone who wants a balance before a service is completed. He was in jail for 13 years. I can see why.UPDATE 2/19/24
I recommended Al to a friend to fix a minisplit unit. This is before I realized that Al is dishonest as he overcharged me for a job, took the entire balance, and then did not finish it. He told my friend it would cost $2000 to get the unit to work again, twice as much as he paid for the product. Luckily, he did not fall for Al's scam, the way I did. All the unit needed was a recharge, $280.
