Comments: Not sure how a patio’s finale is supposed to look, as it’s the first time I hire someone to place concrete on a back yard. However, I’ll give a few details of what was done.Concrete covered the areas desired as requested. Unfortunately, they covered the surroundings of my gazebo, and didn’t ask if that’s what should have been done. When I removed my gazebo- sure enough- 2 huge holes were left where the gazebo was placed. You would think a simple courtesy question of “Is the gazebo going to be removed, or are we placing concrete around it?” would have been given. Nope- the concrete was just thrown as if they had other more important things to do and were in a rush. My white plastic fence was COVERED with large splashes of cement, not to mention the blobs of cement on the legs of the Gazebo! I get that it’s a messy job and some cement is bound to splash, but the amount of concrete residue was just unacceptable.
Additionally, when requested to come and fill the holes where the gazebo was placed, it was done with no issue, but was- yet again- done to just be done and over with. Unevenly and noticeably cracked.
The job was done with horrible finishes and as if it was done by inexperienced workers. So much so, that I had to hire someone else to complete the finishing touches. Oh, and lastly- they broke my hose!
Let me clarify; I am not one to mess around with anyone’s method of gaining income. But a job that is paid for is expected to be well done.
My experience with this company was not a pleasant one to say the least.
