Comments: Alpha was recommended to me by a close friend. I thought I saw some termites around my greenhouse but I wasn’t sure. I called them to ask about their services and they sent Andrew out to inspect my home. He confirmed termites around my greenhouse and also found them in my pantry!! He explained the treatment process, termite warranty and told me what I should expect with treatment etc. They were surprisingly able to schedule my treatment the next week. Comments: Sending a big thank you to alpha pest solutions for getting rid of all my earwigs and spiders. The guy that came out I assumed was just a tech but turns out he was the owner and he was very thorough and efficient when spraying every nook and cranny. Since he has been out to spray, my wife nor I have seen one bug. On his first quote that his wife starla gave me I was honest and told her I couldn't afford to spend that much because I'm on disability and have a fixed income and she said "thats ok Mr Cooper, we are here to help and we can work around what you can afford and she gave me a really good discount and made it affordable. So I felt like these people actually wanted to help me and weren't just trying to line their pockets and that tells a lot about how far their company will grow. Thanks again Sam & Starla! Comments: I wanted to thank Sam and his wife Starla for coming out and completely getting rid of my termites. They are affordable compared to other companies I called and got quotes from and they were quick to come out and I had such a severe termite infestation at one of my rental properties and I wasn't sure if it was able to be saved but the owner Sam worked with me and my budget and was 10 times lower of a price than the larger companies that I called. Since them coming out our termite issue has been completely resolved and I was able to save my property thanks to Alpha pest solutions!
