Comments: I was a little concerned that we discussed a price for a particular job, but when the job was changed requiring less work, in my opinion, he still charged the same price as the bigger job. I should have expressed my concern but didn't, just paid it. The original job was to take out exciting toilet and put in the one I had already taken out from a different location. The cost was 100.00, I asked if he had the inside attachments, if said yes and it would be 150.00. The changed request was to attach the toilet seat and cover to the existing toilet, I already had the supplies, then to reattach the U tube to the existing bathroon pipes. I had already removed the old parts, purchased the new parts that he attached. Do not these jobs were equal.Lawrenceville GA

Comments: He is a nice man. Knowledgeable and friendly. But I don't like being quoted a price and then add additional cost of $50 to a simple project. I bought the wrong item, and he offered to bring me back to the store and purchased the correct item. I accepted and was glad that I could ride with him to pick out the right shower head and handle. However, unbeknown to me , this generosity cost me an additional $50. I would have thought no more than than $25 extra but $50? I feel Mr Mooty took advantage of the situation and overcharged the cost of putting in a shower handle and a shower head. However, if this seems reasonable to you, then by all means use him. He did the job, the shower worked. But I like things to be told to me upfront not at the end of the service. I don't like to feel that this is just another plumber that overcharges for his services. I will not be using him again.Lawrenceville GA
