Comments: I was very pleased with the fast response and same-day service even though this was not an emergency. The job (uninstall old under-sink filtration system and install new one, and fix 2 water leakages under the kitchen sink with new gaskets) took 2 1/2 hours. The estimate was reasonable, especially given it could be done then and there. The plumber graciously hauled away the old system (with carbon filter hazardous waste) and all removed tubing and parts. I watched periodically, and when finished we tested the new system and made sure there were no more water leaks. I'm still waiting for the emailed receipt but I'm sure it will come. So all this was done on a handshake!
