aww thanks so much Karen means aloe to us we got the huge roots removed and cleared the line and replaced with a power flush toilet and new toilet flange glad they didn’t falsely sell you all new drain lines for a job that didn’t need all that at least you know who to call next time for honest and reliable plumbers who actually diagnose the problem and locate the actual issues and get it resolved in a timely manner in a fast efficient and affordable manner we are here when you need us remember tell the neighbors who saved you from spending 30k plus on new lines you didn’t need It would of been crazy if you would of not been logical and smart you may have believed them and spent all that money you didn’t need to sure glad you called us and originally told you needed to jet the line glad our old school techniques and remedy’s of blow bag did the job and pure man power of pulling 5’ of roots out of your drain line worked thanks again if you need anything else we are here when you need us!

well let’s explain everything so they understand why as I guess you don’t care to mention we came on emergency after hours and located your flooding occurring from ac unit and not your plumbing for you which we gave you original quote and then discovered your filter was damaged and needed replacement which I was giving you a discount as first time customer and you refused my refund offer and advised me you we’re going to give me a tip and we’re happy that I fixed and resolved all your problems I was upfront and told you the pricing before we did anything and told you the price we originally estimated a ball park then I got you accurate quote after full diagnosis and finding your filter needed replacement which you knew was hard to locate and a customer filter we did our best to make you happy and even offered a refund at the time of service which you declined so I apologize that you can tell me everything is fine and your happy then put this kind of review please just tell the truth and be honest and don’t make a hard working company look bad to others that’s not fair we do our best to go above and beyond for each and every client thanks and have a blessed day!

no we did a leak detection for you which I was upfront about the charge and you advise me you did not have the money or funds after another plumber had apparently messed up or you did not pay them and they left but once we did the leak detection I gave you repair options and you told me you weren’t going to be able to pay I offered you financing you declined using that services I did not feel comfortable setting up a payment plan and also had multiple people calling my phone and threatening me I no longer felt safe giving you services if you’re going to put a lie at least tell the truth I had five or six people call me and threatening my life on top of you not willing to take my financing options wanting to pay with credit cards and wanted some kind of payment Paper but wouldn’t go through my financing like I said I’m fair and honest at least tell the truth thanks again have a blessed day

can you please supply email with an invoice ? alln1plumingpros@gmail.com or text us (469)998-5544 if I recall you had a rental tenant situation property where you guys put an old unit on the outside but didn’t replace the copper lines which we informed your tenant that there was possible leak as we came out at around 1am as an emergency service found a bad compacitor as well as noticed an immediate leak on the Freon and advise of leak stop and leak detection option or we could not warranty knowing that the unit has leaks and copper lines were original and not updated with the unit also not updated or installed by licensed technicians being a flip rental property also we waived emergency fee and advised that you declined leak stop and any leak detection options as well as the tenant pulling a gun out when the bill was presented after replacing compacitor and adding Freon which I advised having a leak may leak out and would not last if unattended we were told we would not be paid in full which we had the compacitor working after replaced as well as Freon levels proper and blowing cold air at the time of services but tenant advised us he would only pay $120 holding a loaded gun my employee was scared to death as I approached the customer/tenant he grabbed the gun held it up and finger pressing on he trigger I told him would would accept half payment and no warranty and that he would need to call someone else for future services tried to get the owners info but tenant advised me that she knew what was going on and not to worry about it so we took half payment after spending almost 3 hours between getting emergency parts from supplier and not receiving full payment or emergency fee which $120 doesn’t even cover and we advised them before coming out if they could wait til the morning and save fee but I guess they knew they would be pulling a weapon and using a gun to rob and intimate ac technicians for there parts and services and then making false claims of poor services if your going to write a review at least tell the truth and be honest and tell the whole story of what really happened and who did what as far as robbing a company with a gun and refusing payment in full and then falsely discredit what really happened thanks I however didn’t write all this on the invoice because my helper was scared for his life and he just wanted to get out of there tenant was tatted up and selling drugs as well we could see surroundings and tell what kind of operations the home was doing I’d be glad to go over what happen that day and explain everything you knew what happen also knew there was a leak and kept putting it off which was told to us by your tenant that you just wanted a temporary fix and repair for the night and have guys to repair it but couldn’t get to it at the time thanks again like I said be honest just show the invoice and tell the truth of what really happened that night thanks again we are honest upfront and fair and give all pricing upfront before doing any work other then diagnosis which is required to determine the issues or problem thanks again!
