Comments: DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN, he is nothing but a crook who takes your down payment and then never completes the job. He is operating under different business names (for us it was Mitchell & Sons LLC), and took $3175 down for a $6000 bid and made excuse after excuse as to why the job wasn't done. Then one day his phone had blocked ours so we can no longer text or phone him. Never trust him or accept his excuses. Going to the sheriff, county attorney, and local news to flush this scum out.

Comments: DO NOT EVER HIRE!!! They are SCAM ARTISTS! They took $3000 from me for a deposit and along with materials and ran off. Do NOT trust these people. Jonathan Deutsch and William Mitchell will rip you off. Block 636-622-0323 before they call you. Save your money for someone who will actually do what they're paid to do.
Don't listen when they say I have car trouble, COVID, dentist appointment, heart problems, kid troubles, wife troubles, or any other bullshit excuse they have.

Comments: We signed contract with owner of All Family Improvements LLC. on 12/29/22 to build small new deck , and paid deposit $1500.00 same day, and they cashed the check on same day. One week later, they came back saying need to extend patio for new deck for extra $2000.00 and tried to collect more deposit, which is not right way to do the new deck, so we didn't pay for it. They made several commitment by saying will get things done by certain date during contract execution, but never get anything done. Tried to follow up with them via email or text many times, but still no changes. We don't see any progress on the project in about 45 days since the date contract signed, have to terminate the contract on 2/11/23. We requested refund of deposit as per paragraph 8 in contract, they agreed to pay back, but never received any payment from them as of today. This company or responsible person can not be trusted.

I was contacted by All Family Home Improvements (AFMI) and they showed up on Sunday, March 12, 2023.
Signed a contract on March 12, 2023 with Jonathan Deutsch of 742 East Port Au Prince Lane, Moscow Mills, Missouri 63362. The contract was to check the level of the deck and shim or sand as needed, price $600.00. Gave Jonathan Deutsch check for $300.00 as a down payment for the work.
AFMI was scheduled to show up on March 13, 2023, but they were experiencing vehicle problems.
AFMI was scheduled to show up on March 14, 2023, but they were still experiencing vehicle problems.
On March 14, 2023, AFMI showed and they removed three board and part of the West rail. They claimed that four joists needed to be replaced to be in compliance with code. I was pressed for time, agreed to the additional repair for $1200.00. Gave Jonathan Deutsch check for $600.00. Total deposits now $900.00.
March 14, 2023, I spoke to my partner about code requirements for deck repairs. My partner is a license Architect and Code Consultant. Codes do not apply to repairs, only new construction.
AFMI was scheduled to show up on March 15, 2023 to work. I sent them a text not to remove the deck board closest to the house and never received a response. When I returned home, they had never shown up. I called Jonathan’s number, 636-622-0323, it was not answered and the voice mail box was full. I texted him to call me. No response
On March 17, 2023, I received a text from Jonathan Deutsch, claiming he had an infected wisdom tooth. He cashed the check on March 15, 2023, signed it and put his driver’s license number BO86244002, expires 2-11-2027 in the endorsement block on the back of the check. He was well enough to cash the check, but not well enough to call or text me back.
On March 19, 2023, I sent him a text to complete the work on the first contract. He responded by stating: “Yes we will be returning next week”.
I checked the Missouri Secretary of State website for All Family Home Improvements, LLC status. It is not registered with the Missouri Secretary of State’s Office.
On March 21, 2023, I sent him a text demanding the return of the second deposit since he did not start the work and the client is terminated it as per paragraph 8. I have not received a call or text since.

They collected a $2000.00 deposit, worked a total of approximately 5 hours and left a huge mess of broken tile and have not returned, They are not returning calls or texts although they agreed to return $1500 of the $2000 deposit. DO NOT HIRE! We have no choice but to take them to court.
