Work Description: Looking to confirm what type of work is needed regarding the two central air units in use.
Comments: Manny is really a down to earth guy. He showed me exactly what the readings should be on both compressors by looking at the panels on the compressors themselves. He explained the technical jargen and really took his time. His price is competitive (in the 7K) range for a 4 ton (16 seer) unit, new air handler, lines. electrical and permits. I have not decided on which way to go yet. He also told me that my other unit needs a contact and a capacitor but was otherwise in Ok shape. Another contractor advised me to replace both units.Bridgewater Township NJ
