Comments: I just want to inform you of the service I had with this company..... I spoke with Stan the arborist for All around tree care who walked me thru everything stated what he would recommend and how presten there work and clean up on every job they do was. I hired the company they came out did the job. When I got home and started look around i noticed the presten clean up was terrible. The didnt rack the flower bed, skirt up the rhodes was not completed on every rhodes like Stan said they would do, front porch an areas of drive way not blown off, piles they racked up in the back yard were not picked up and my stepping stones were not put back. We called Stan back our walked him through everything and he admitted they fell down on the job and clean up was not presten like he mentioned. He told us it would be done before we got back on Sunday and would move the logs from the trees they fell over to the left side of ourproperty. I call Saturday and he said they were heading out there. Sunday came and they still didn't show up. I called Stan again 3rd time and he stated he couldn't get anyone to come out he couldn't find any Mexican at home depot to come out so he racked 3 pile and trim Blackberry bushes. I asked him why he was hiring other to do work his phone should do why he was doing work t b at wasnt on the invoice. I told him I was tired of him lying to me and get the job completed and if he couldn't complete by Tuesday dont come back on my property. 2 hours later one of his guys showed up and cleaned up the 3 piles in the front yard and blew off the front porch.So I spent 3850 and had to clean up the debri, move the logs, pick up piles in the back yard thet they decided not to come back and take care of. I will be leaving the a zero star review and let everyone know not to hire the company who did a terrible job didn't finish the job and I still have to go back an trim the plum trees t h at they didnt do correctly.

Comments: I wrote an earlier review about this company that wasn't very nice. I had a bad experience with the contractor. Jarrett went above and beyond to make it right. He assured me that this wouldn't happen again.He wasn't only sincere about his apology on behalf of the contractor. But he turned a very angry woman into a very happy woman. Thank you jarrett.

And kind of had attitude I get it it was raining and nasty outside. I had some friends who were going to have the same procedures done in their yard. Comments: Overall a good job. Tree removal was completed in one day (although 1 day late due to miscommunication on internal scheduling.) Stump removal not so good. Had to have him return another day to fully complete the job.
