If you're looking for a full roof replacement and have already received three estimates, send us your lowest proposal by verifiable contractor, and we will reduce it by an additional 10%.

Typically, we charge $450 for basic roof repairs. Generally, 90% of all repairs are basic. If the cost is any more than that we typically take pictures and discuss it with the homeowner prior to beginning any work. If interested just give us a call.

Comments: During a heavy rain fall we had water coming in I was able to get in touch with Lee the same day, came out the next day for a reasonable estimate. They were able to fit us in to get everything fix and sealed back up before it rained again the same week. Great communication, very professional, and cleaned up when the job was finished.

They even came out in bad weather to help us out. Don’t know too many people that would have done that.
