Work Description: Leaf removal of leaves in ditch in front of house.
Comments: Left a quantity of leaves behind, drove into yard and left two huge ruts. Promised to return to fix damage. We'll see if they keep their word!! Paid them more than quoted amount to take additional leaves from driveway, they did not remove them. The leaves were actually piled, for easy removal, they said they could not reach them because their hose was too short. How can leaf removal service professionals not have rakes and a blower to do the job correctly? Very disappointed in the work, took the word of Shawn that they will fix problems. Someone from this Networx site needs to respond. And provide a number to allow an explanation.Walshj5049@aol.com
