Comments: I hired this company to do my annual PM- worked with John and he said my boiler was new and in perfect condition (which i had known since i did a home inspection a month before), he said that my boiler had about 20 more years on it and just needed a new meter box and burner- I paid him... 3 days later the boiler shuts off and he has to come flush it this was the first week in November- he continued to come to my home 1-2x every week till December when I told him that this weekly visit should not be happening and that I paid for a problem and instead i have him coming to flush my system and waste oil every week. He then gave me another issue with the boiler and once again I paid him to change out a filter which he said would be delivered in 2 days- this took over a month and I still never received the filter. Instead he came over and flushed my boiler once again and but the boiler on max operating- guess what? At 4am my entire house was up in thick smoke with all fire detectors going crazy- the boiler was operating way too high and almost blew up- the entire boiler cracked and now John is missing with my monies. I could have lost my life due to his negligence- definitely a bad choice of company to go with. Now i need an entire new system!Haskell NJ
