Work Description: Complete Roof Replacement
Comments: I am very impressed with Alexander Townsley Home Improvements. They are by far the best company I have spoken to about my roofing needs. With the heavy rains in May and already having some structural damage before we moved in, I knew this project would not be an easy feat. We knew we needed a full roof replacement. We got a few other estimates and Mr. Townsley’s pricing was very reasonable in comparison to others. I don’t know much about home improvement so I wanted to make sure I wasn’t being taken for granted so I called a few places. I was most impressed with this company so we decided on them. With their professional behavior and thorough estimate I couldn’t have chosen a better company. We Mr. Townsley (he told me eventually to call him Alex) did a wonderful job. He answered all of my questions without hesitation. Alex responded within hours of my inquiry for an estimate, as well as showed up on time, and did a very detailed inspection of the roof. Their estimate was clear and covered everything. On the day of the work, they arrived on time, finished the roof in one day and did an excellent job of cleaning up. I highly recommend this company for your roofing needs and would definitely work with them again.-
