Comments: Avoid! Incomplete work and impossible to get back on-site. He begs to borrow money and will block you permanently if you are too persistent. This guy must be getting sued from half a dozen people at any one time…. Don’t let him use your funds to pay his legal fees!! Even the electric supply houses EW and Concord are scared of this guy. I had them cancel a material order after I paid for it and Me. Dias tried to use the material on a different job site. The supply house apologized and returned my payment. He’s a major liability - guy had be buy 230’ of wire for underground connection and he measured it 10’ short. Wasted $1500. Don’t be sorry, this is the only legit review on this site. Comments: STAY AWAY FROM THIS THIEF!! Al Dias took a $6900 "deposit" from my elderly mother in June of 2022 with the promise of installing a generator in "5-8 weeks". He abandoned the job and refused to pay back her money. After chasing him for almost a year and a half, the case is now with the RI Attorney General. Promised to complete work sooner but promises were broken, made every excuse in the book. And he dumped all the trash and waste items from the job on my property. Him and his employee were fighting and cussing at one another while they were here. Would never recommend this man’s services to anyone

Comments: Would 100% NOT recommend. 9 of the longest months chasing Al down to complete the job. Hundreds of texts and calls from me and my husband to get him to the house as he did everything in piecemeal. He was paid (our fault for trusting him - he had done work on our pool last year and it went smooth) and he would not complete the job unless we literally called/texted incessantly. We ultimately gave him a deadline or we would seek court action. He promised us some of a refund for the delay/awful experience and shocker, never received any money back.
