Work Description: Clogged sewer line Causing Toilet leakage
Comments: Jimmy came and did a great job checking the requirements and found there were inappropriate materials in our sewer line. They cleaned it out and cleared the blockage. Made recommendations on a product to use 2 times a year to prevent future blockage.I highly recommend AJAX. He called the next day and confirmed we are operating appropriately.

Comments: First of all when calling to schedule estimate everything seemed fine after confirming time, date and address. When they were scheduled they were late office called to confirm address which they had it incorrect after it had already been confirmed. I continued to give them an opportunity to give me estimate Robert there guy came out everything seemed ok before he left he stated he would call in the service I agreed on, date & time. Later that day I thought I would follow up to be sure I was scheduled. Marie at office stated no one penciled me in, so she scheduled me. Day of service I noticed no one called me and the time was near so of course I called to see if someone was on there way and apparently I was scheduled at the wrong time that was agreed on. I missed work to wait for them honestly I would not recommend this company.San Antonio TX

Comments: I received a prompt call back explained the problem was given a ball park quote. They booked appt for same afternoon and actually showed up an hour earlier. Work was done and Gibby explained everything and stated one additional step would be needed and was quick to get the job done at only a slight increase in the ball park figure.-
