Comments: They responded quickly said we needed a bracket. Two days later I heard from them saying they'll contact me to schedule a day to come out. Still nothing. My washer is still not fixed. Not even an update if they had to order the part or not. Very dissatisfied
The customer washer is 25+ yrs. old replace two parts on the washer. The washer works well for one 1/2 weeks come back to their home and discover more problems with the washer. AJ advise the homeowner to replace the unit and return $150.00 to the customer.
