Work Description: Garage door not powering up.
Comments: The problem was clearly stated that there was an electrical problem with the garage door. Their solution was, "Oh we do garage doors, not electrical." It was determined the GFI outlet that the opener was plugged into was bad. So he hooked up an extension cord to a working outlet and pronounced the job done.I had to pay the full service charge and my door is now going to be fixed by an electrician which means I have to pay twice for one repair. The tech was rude and said he would make sure to get his money somehow if my check was canceled. Welll, unlike the tech I do not rip people off and his check cleared today so I hope he is happy, I am not. Do not use these people if you value getting complete service for your money.
