Work Description: Floor drain in basement clogged.
Comments: Our plumber arrived shortly after we called for service. He was very knowledgeable and did a great job. The only problem was that he tracked in so much dirt, and then entered our basement. The stairs are carpeted and we now have filthy stairs that need to be professionally cleaned.
