Comments: Air Legacy Services was an unknown entity to us. It was selected mainly for the best competitive price for the replacement of our old unit - inside and outside. During the installation the owner came by. While talking to her she said she was very dedicated to customer
satisfaction. She lived up to her motto when attic ladder snapped and condensate evacuation pipe sprang a leak. They took care of every little detail without any fuss or argument. I was really impressed. I give them A+ for their service. I recommend Air Legacy
Services to anyone looking for an HVAC company
that really cares about their workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Comments: The technicians were great, EXTREMELY respectful young men, did a great job, were very responsive to all my questions, delivered on everything they promised, and when I needed a small issue resolved th next day, they promptly showed up and rectified the situation. I will not hesitate to refer them to anyone I know who may need A/C work done.

Comments: They tried to sell me a bigger A/C unit even knowing my unit was only 5 years old, they said my coil needed to be replaced that was under warranty and were going to charge me $1150.00 for labor and coolant. I had another review from a company established since 1967 and they said my unit needed to be recalculated and added coolant and my system is working fine. Only cost me $146.00, will not trust this company.
I just want to say thank you for calling us and lettings us do a bid over the phone. I like to come out to the home and look at the units that we can find out if they are under warranty or not. I am glad that you got everything take care off. with your comp we tray to do the best we can for the home owner and for the system that is in each home . thank you and have a great day.

Comments: The guys were very nice and had a time because the plumbing was so old. When the men were nice and easy to get along with, that means a lot. They made 2 trips to get plumbing.

Comments: The main technician is very good, but the company does not have enough workers, so the work is not done fast enough. It takes them four days instead of one day as they promised.
