Comments: I believe they were dishonest in the first bid they gave us on their work. I was very specific about the issues I had and what needed to be done. We had plywood flooring to be replaced, dry rot to be removed and mold to be addressed. I mentioned this to the first person to look at our repair. After they started the work they came back and said the bid hab to be adjusted after the floor was half torn up. I was very clear about what needed to be done. They should have been more accurate with the initial estimate. I felt being bait and switched. The repairman sent was very hard working and diligent but did not speak English so we could not communicate. He worked by himself and seldom took breaks. I think two people would have been more efficient. We do need more work but I don’t trust any bids they would submit.

Comments: I live with my parents, three days ago the air conditioning didn’t work because it was old. We called AG home solutions, Gilbert came to our house to give us an estimate to replace our unit and we are really happy because he gave us a really good price on the new unit. We have received different estimates before but he has one of the best prices and we decide to go with him. They did a really good job and were very professional in doing HVAC. We also received another service which was getting a patch on the roof. We are really happy with the outcome and 10 out of 10 recommend.

Comments: Communication was good. Gilbert explained everything that was to be done to my roof. They arrived on time, sometimes earlier than the scheduled time, which was fine. They cleaned up and made sure everything was back to normal, ie Direct TV satellites, driveway was swept clean. Definitely would use them again, if needed.
