The quality of the cleaning appeared poor, several stains continue, when asked about the stains, it was indicated, we only asked for a power wash, additional cost for a chemicals, the psi pressure was the best, could not remove the mold or bird droppings on the upper roof and maybe the home owner should get new siding, there was one lower siding section that was cleaned, the worker appeared to be more focus on attempting to clean the gutters, at an additional cost, not contracted for, when my wife returned home, she was very dissatisfied and feels to not to recommend this service to any of our friends.

Comments: They did a great job overall, but 1 of my screens was damaged in the process. I sent Tom a picture of the damage the next day and asked for him to repair it--it'll cost me $30. It's been 4 days and Tom has not responded to my complaint. Furthermore, I thought they were supposed to clean my windows, screens, & windowsills, but I doubt they did as I arrived home when they were leaving. Upon inspection of my house, those items didn't appear cleaned.
