Work Description: Siding
Comments: Horrible experience using this business. I hired Tony (owner) to redo the siding on the front of our home and flash a newly installed bay window. I hired him because he has been in the business for a long time and the price was reasonable. The job should have taken less than a full day and instead took months. The end result was poor workmanship which was rushed and I have attached photos. I also had to deal with a good amount of drama between him and his worker who constantly were at each other.The siding was flat matte white and I was told he would have no trouble matching it. Over a month went by and Tony showed up at my home to tell me that he could not match my siding. He then told me that there was nothing wrong with the existing siding and he would have his professional crew come and insulate the window and tie in the composite flashing with the existing siding. I was told that the job would look "clean" and "like new".
Over the next few weeks I had one crew from Tony randomly show up to just tell me that they did not do windows and that Tony would call me. A few days later I had another unannounced visit from Tony and his worker Andrew, who stood on the front lawn and essentially argued with each other on how best to flash the window.
After a few weeks without hearing from Tony, I called and was told his guy would be there on Saturday. By noon that coming Saturday no one showed up and I once again called only to be told that his crew had car trouble and they would be back the next day. I was given the car trouble excuse once more during this project.
Over the next two months, I would have Tony's guy show up sporadically only to do a little work in the afternoon and then tell me he didn't have everything he needed and would be back later in the week. During this project I would never get a call from Tony letting me know when his worker would be at my home or when they would finish. I always had to call to get them to come.
When I called Tony to let him know I was unhappy with the time this was taking and his lack of communication he blasted his worker and told me he would have his professional crew show up the next day. The next day his same worker showed up.
The finished result was terrible. The cuts on the composite flashing are not flush and are bowed up. There are large gaps between the flashing and the siding as it was not tied into the existing siding so that insects and bugs can get it. There is also an enormous amount of caulk used all around the sides of the flashing and underneath the window. The nail holes were never filled in and visible.
When I sent a message to Tony that I was unhappy with the work I never heard from him. I let a few weeks go by and sent him another message that I was disappointed in the fact that he did not come to look at the job or call me. I received a call immediately from his worker who just wanted to argue with me.
I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Comments: Tony is a crook! His window guy Andrew who did my window installation acted as if he was bothered the entire time he worked on my windows and may I add he did a HORRIBLE job! The roof guy Eric , is no better. After texting and calling weekly, I finally had to hire someone else to complete/correct their work . I was getting leaks from the newly installed roof and the amount air coming into my home after the windows were installed was like being outside in the cold literally.He had the nerve to complain about coming back to my home to honor the warranty that he gave to me. Which I found to be useless. Don’t do it to yourself. He looks like an little old honest guy but he’s not.
