Work Description: Stamped concrete patio
Comments: On May 15, 3017 I signed a contract and gave Sam Lobello $3000.00 check for a deposit for a stamped concrete patio. I have a string of texts from May to October of excuse after excuse as to why he couldn't do my patio. Finally on October 6, he said he would not do the work. I asked to come get my deposit back. He said his bank accounts are frozen and his attorney will contact me. I asked for the name and phone number of his attorney. He did not reply. Later the same day, I texted him and he pretended not to know me and said I had the wrong guy!

Work Description: Sam put in a walkway from the front of our house to the back of our house and put in a patio as well.
Comments: I am very happy with him. He is very professional and did the job on time.-
