Work Description: Install piers, french drain, gutters
Comments: Tommy and his employees were late getting to the job, no call no show for 3 days. Finally arrived, crew worked after Tommy told them what to do (said they had years of experience) but had to be told what to do????? Took over a week, flower beds tore up and left, drain not finished trash and debris all over yard. Called to find out when they would take care of this, no call back for over 3 weeks. Finally came back out and sort of took care of some of the issues. Called again and again and again. Let numerous texts to find out that he was supposedly in an accident over 7 months later. I understand, called and left messages saying sorry for his unfortunate accident, please call so we can correct this. He sent again guy out here who said that he had fired his entire crew and he would fix the problem. He was here for 3 days, dug the first day and tried to repair the issues for the next two days. Said it was fixed and left. Problems are back and worse. Have left many messages and text and no response at all. Stay far far away from Tommy Long and Affordable Foundation Repair. My contract show 10 year warranty and insured, I would like to know what if any part of this he intends on honoring!!!Mcalester OK

Comments: They leveled house and failed to repair break in foundation. Heavy rains came and water ran under house, thus part of house saink. Called them back and crew boss came out looked and said, "water ran under house and caused it to sink". took off real fast saying something about a prorated bill.
