Comments: After reading all these bad reviews, I just had to write how Anthony helped me. My engine warning sign went on while on Broadway. It said that the engine was hot to stop as soon as it was safe. I pulled into an parking lot next to an auto store. When I lifted the hood to cool off my engine I noticed that I had no coolant in the overflow tank. I went into the auto store to purchase antifreeze. It disappeared as quickly as I poured it into the tank. Called my husband and he said to buy a sealant so that I could limp it home or to a garage because we only have 1 car. While I was at the counter Anthony, who I did not know, said not to do that because I will do more harm to my system. He offered to take a look. It wasn't just a hose but had sprung a bad leek. He said he had done repair jobs and could fix it. . After talking with him and calling my husband, I agreed. I had the feeling that God had sent him to my aid. He loaded my groceries into his truck to take me home. He had to stop at his house to drop off his young son and to give me a ruff estaminet and then took me home. I told my sister that I left my car in Anthony and God's hands, not to worry. That was late Thursday afternoon. By early Saturday afternoon I had my car back all repaired.. Anthony couldn't have been more helpful.I do have to admit that I did panic Saturday morning after reading all the bad reviews. That is why I felt that I had to write this review to let you know that he did a good job.

Comments: Currently being investigated by the BBB and state attorney generals office. Never shows up. Don't bother with hiring this unethical person. Will ask for money up front then never finish the job and never give you the supplies you paid for after asking for your money back. Had to hire someone else to repair his terrible job. Comments: STAY FAR AWAY!!! Do NOT hire this person! he refuses to ever be on time and makes excuses for why he can't show, the day of, EVERY SINGLE WEEK. He over charges and cons you out of your money. A 15sq ft backsplash job should have taken a week max. In two months only eight bathroom tiles, not kitchen tiles like expected, have gone up. He was paid $1750 has done maybe $300 worth of actual work. He charged for 92sq ft of tile for a 15 sq ft kitchen, which he will not give me the left over extra tile and will instead use it for another persons job. He took advantage of my pregnant wife while I am away at work all day. I have never dealt with someone so UNPROFESSIONAL and unknowledgable. Everything he does has to be done two times because he is so bad at measuring. It's embarrassing and he should not continue working in this industryBuffalo NY

Comments: 7/1/2020Buyer beware! I pre-paid Anthony and Son to provide summer landscaping services. I noticed everyone else in my neighborhood was having their lawns serviced in mid-April, when he was supposed to begin, and contacted Anthony and asked when he was planning to come. He used the pandemic as an excuse to not mow my lawn, and falsely stated he could be subject to a $25,000 fine if he did. That was a lie. Lawn maintenance was deemed an essential service for pest control purposes.
By contrast, cosmetic landscaping such as mulching and plant installation was prohibited. Also, there was no $25,000 fine. I confirmed all of this through online research and with the other landscapers I spoke to in my neighborhood who were working while Anthony stayed home, with his customers' money, refusing to provide services they'd already paid for. Anthony claimed the rules were unclear, but it's his job to know what rules apply to him. And, the fact that he already had everyone's money provided him little incentive to do so.
After repeated attempts to get Anthony to mow my lawn, I told him I would like my money back and I would find another service. He agreed, but said he needed 3-4 weeks--apparently he had already spent all the money he collected from his customers in advance (I find that hard to believe). Over 2 months has passed and I haven't seen a dime. I've contacted him several times, and he keeps saying he needs more time. I've contacted the Better Business Bureau, but he hasn't responded to my formal complaint with BBB. The next step is small claims court when it opens. I have zero trust in this guy, and would never recommend him
