Work Description: Rid personal condo unit and neighboring unit below of bad bed bug infestation
Comments: Steve with Advanced Bedbug andPest is committed to insuring your bedbug problem gets satisfactoriiy addressed. We have used several contractors in attempts to be rid of bed bugs. Advanced Bedbug gave us a 2 year guarantee, to come back and treat as needed. They use propane heaters and can generate more heat; and they heat longer. While heat treatment is the cadillac treatment for killing bed bugs, it is important, if you are in a multifamily complex that any neighboring units be treated, too. Steve is actively working with us to honor his pledge. Thus far we have found it necessary to do two treatments. Advanced Bed Bug & Pest also treats with chemicals after the heat treatment and the chemicals are supposed to be effective in killing any survivors for 30 days.When shopping for a professional bed bug exterminator, contractor commitment to you and your satisfaction are the most important considerations. So far I am very happy with this company. But we had a bad infestation. We appear to be on the right path to getting our problem resolved. To be continued.

Work Description: Steve is a solid professional and is sincere that he does his clients needs correctly. He takes the time to visit with the client, discusses their concerns and proposes verbally what he plans to do to satisfy the client. At this point, I would never call another source for pest control. I will have a same or different opinion in about three months. That will be the true test. I gave Steve a referral for later.
