Work Description: Central A/C - Install/Replace
Comments: They came 5 times this summer and never fixed the AC. They even tried replacing the coils which according to second opinion was poorly installed. It has a 5 yr parts and 1 yr labor warranty and they don't honor it. They have refused to give a refund. They did not give proper receipts as work completed and owner had to "recreate" invoices! According to his invoice, they put the wrong refrigerant in my AC. Had to have both AC units replaced entirely and Advanced Air owner had the nerve to ask why I wouldn't continue business with them!Denver NC
