Comments: Anthony bid my job for a fair price. Had to be patient and wait my turn in his que of work that was ahead of me. Once he got on the job he was like a bull dog on a bone committed to getting my job done with high quality. We had to wait some days out due to weather factors that stretched out the completion time but that was of no fault of Anthony's. I am very happy with the patio that Anthony installed and would recommend him to other and hire him again for future jobs

Thankful to look at this project. Alison and her husband told me contractor gave proposal of 38k. I started laughing, I thought they were kidding me. They weren't, My proposal saved them 25 k. Comments: He told me when met that he only does one job at a time. Not true. He would show up 1-2 days a week and then be gone. I asked about using mesh or rebar in the concrete and he said it wasn’t needed. He likes to use 2x4 ‘ as a way to keep the concrete in, as opposed to striking off of something already there, leaving gaps. Had 2 1/2” gap between my neighbors driveway and my own. When asked about him filling in the gap he said it was up to me. Seriously? After he was done with the pour next to the house there was concrete on the side of the house and gaps between the house and the felt . I now have a cracked slab in the garage and the driveway. Not happy. Appears I may have to give 1 star to get this posted.

UPDATE 5/2/22
Just talked to Anthony about fixing the garage slab and cracked driveway. Apparently I’m at fault for his lack of craftsmanship. I asked for $1500 off of the bid. Now he thinks that I was agreeing to $1500 of free labor. He’s argumentative and has no intention of fixing the problem. Never hire this guy!
Joe asked me personally if i could knock off $1,500.00 from proposal. He would with job. We shook hands in agreement. He helped 4 hours out of 2 weeks of work. Rotten of a man. He does not dispute this, when on phone with him or texted. In fact he admits to this in his texts. Then Joe asked for a sidewalk 3ft x 22ft sidewalk. I did install, never saw payment. I asked him did u pay for the sidewalk or did I???? He avoids my questioning.. I told Joe if you paid for the sidewalk it's yours, but if i paid for this it's mine and I'll take out then. I never tore out. Joe asked me to install 1/2 garage slab in garage. This all he could afford. I asked him if he had any water problems in the garage 3 different ways. He answers 3 different ways no. I told him if there was water problems in the garage. I am giving you far warning the concrete slab will heave... ADB Construction is not and will not be responsible for this... Joe swears up and down there was no problem with water. Ok, spring time Tax time. He has problem with slab in garage it's cracked.. I took pictures for my insurance company. I am asking him, do you see all the water between the seem of concrete and block wall???He walks away from me.... REALY he new, he lied again to me. So I did suggested I break concrete out. If there was water under the concrete. ADB Construction would not be responsible for this. After all he deceived the contractor and blatantly lied to him. If there was no water under the concrete I would replace 100% Joe said if there was water under concrete or not I must pay and replace. I told Joe, contractors cant be at fault if you lie to them. Joe his response I don't care fix this. I refuse and told him to take me to court.... I did arrange my insurance agent to come look at the job alone with text messages. I told joe we were going to look at this job this week some time.. He never gave me direct answer for confirmation. Mean while he trying desperately to get $4,700 to fix this from me through texts messages...for weeks he's trying to Hussle me for money. I told him $2,500.00 right away two weeks latter he excepted $2,500.00 offer... I asked why would you take $2,500.00 joe ???$2,200.00 less to fix it...Then replayed to him you weren't going to fix the concrete anyway you just needed the money for taxes. He never deputed this either. Concrete Networx's did there investigation on this matter. I sent all my texts between me and Joe. I was justified. Joe had no honest claim for me or my insurance company,,, So he slanders my company name.

Comments: Wrote a review last year for a patio done by Anthony. This year have found crumbling concrete in several spots and contacted Anthony to fix this issue. He has promised to come take care of this problem. Called him in early April to give him a heads up. Has not followed through and it is now the end of September. Very upset with his lack of follow through. Would not recommend him .

Comments: We worked with Anthony from ADB Construction to install a large paver patio with stairs and could not be happier with the end result. Anthony was professional, prompt, and went above and beyond to ensure we were completely satisfied with everything (he even came back to replace a stained brick AFTER the patio had been finished). He listened to what we wanted and made suggestions on how to improve the design, but was never pushy. All-in-all a great experience and we'd highly recommend them.

Comments: I signed the contract on June 15th with a 3rd down and it took him over a week and a half to start the job and as of 7/18/20 it is not half way finish.. He was to show up today and has not he let good days go by and then it rains which will cause more delay. At this point I feel I will need to find someone to finish the work.
She don't tell you, May 12th i contacted her, She excepted my verbal proposal.Tell's me she will have money next week Tuesday May,19 or May,22nd to start job... ASKED ME TO KEEP MY SCHEDULE OPEN FOR HER. I told her i would do that. But now 3 weeks go by she still don't have the money. Irene kept telling me in a couple days she will have it... The End of May/ beginning of June doesn't answer her phone texts or emails to tell me what was going on for 2 weeks. Then I ran into her at menards she apologizing to me . Then out of the clear blue sky she calls me and wants to sign contact. No contractor is going wait to work. So what, i needed to finish some work before i start hers.After all why would i wait on her. Hears what she don't tell you either, Sunday June 29 My truck and trailer was totaled on county Q... i called her and sent her pictures of my accident, she tells me she will not allow me to work that hole week because of 4th of July weekend. Meanwhile equipment is out there costing hundreds per day.. My start date was June 29th 7 days again no work because of her. People should not be this way...

Work Description: 2 lane driveway, 3 retaining walls, 2 sidewalks

Comments: Anthony was supposed to work with alot more people for this size job and he barely worked with anyone else on Job site. He barely worked an entire week in 10 weeks of work being done here. We did an all inclusive package deal with materials and Labor, and when work was complete he tried to charge us for materials he did not think of from the initial bid.
2 months after work was complete our driveway was cracking along with our colored stamped sidewalk. 6 months after work was complete-we have 5 large cracks in our driveway and 3 cracks in our colored concrete sidewalk. I have tried to get a hold of Anthony to rectify and he refuses to work with me or call me back.
what she don't say it was in fall of October, So there was rain 2-3 times a week. I don't work in rain lol who does... She don't tell you that she hired me for 2 more jobs during are original contract does she? Nor does she tell you she wanted it all done at ONCE. ONE 80 ft x 3 ft sidewalk in her back yard, TWO 125 ft driveways One garage floating slab, One footing built 25 ft long, to put on top of that was One 25 ft concrete retaining wall built with re bar installed and stained, TWO stairways built, ONE 70 ft retaining wall pressure washed and stained. ORIGINAL CONTRACT... Then in this process of me fulfilling my contract, she asked me to build her a ONE 80 ft x 5 ft high retaining wall. I built with railroad ties for her,, I was promised to get paid when it was done. NEVER DID, She tells me latter i will pay you.Then she asked me to do landscaping and seeding her yard. she tells me she will pay me for retaining wall and landscaping when i am finished. AT the end of the week. She don't tell you i landscaped 2 acres of her propertie. I NEVER WAS PAID !!! for my landscaping or retaining wall job... That's why it took longer to get everything done. She failed to tell you that ADB Construction paid out of pocket for it. I kept asking her about the money? she tell me after the last pour she will pay me now. I poured the last of the driveway and asked for my money again!!! she paid for half of the end of original contract... SO I WALKED AWAY FROM IT, SO ANGRY BUT HELD MY HEAD HIGH KNOW GOD SAW WHAT SHE DID TO ME. why should i care about doing anything more for her. after all she ripped me off. SHE HAD SOME COMPLAINTS,,, I CALLED HER SHE NEVER ANSWERED NOR CALLED ME BACK. I ADDRESSED THEM IN A LETTER THAT TOLD HER I HAVE INSURANCE TAKE ME TO COURT LET THE JUDGE DECIDED. SO I CAN COUNTER SUE YOU FOR 10K 12k THAT YOU STILL OWE ME NEVER - PAID...I NEVER HERD FROM HER AGAIN< This was my girlfriends ex husband's sister. Just to think they took my kindness for weakness. They run there business through home adviser. she new what she did. these kind of customers are a drain on our economy. I must ask your self who does that...Just shows you what there like. ROTTEN
