Work Description: Powerwash, patio cleaning/sand/seal, chimney cover replacement
Comments: Horrible experience. No accountability for mistakes they made. First off I got quoted for a powerwash for my house, patio area (seal), a chimney cover replacement, and fix stairs that was loose. Day of work he expects me to pay in full even though my Chimney cover was going to be ordered and it could take a couple of days. That was my mistake paying in full by trusting his word. I have no chimney cover, another stair is now loose, and the seal used on the patio didn't even last a couple of days. I have sand all over my patio and I can't even get anyone to reply to my call or texts. I have to call from my work phone just to get an answer only to have them say someone will call me back to schedule an appt. Now. I can't even make plans to use my patio since I have to fix their mess....Find a better option with quality customer service and quality work... lesson learned

Comments: The owner was very responsive during the quoting and assessment process. However, the workmanship is shoddy, they used subpar materials, and would not return my phone calls or text messages from the very next day after the work was completed. They claim to offer a five years warranty on their work but how can that be viable when they don’t even come back to address some minor issues with the original work - just one day after the project was completed. Some of the repair work has fallen apart already within 3 weeks. I do not recommend this contractor for anything.Montevallo AL

Mike and his team cleared the cracked cement down to the aggregate, resurfaced it and graded it to keep the water away.
