In 2009, we started working on home warranties, and today we're proud to have grown into a company that puts homeowners first. We prefer residential sales because it's important to us to take care of people where they live. We're open for installations from 9 to 5, but offer customer service round the clock, and almost all of our parts are already available and in stock.

Work Description: Broken tension cable
Comments: Nathan is dishonest.He came out and first told me that the rollers were the problem and that’s why the cable broke. He then told me that the garage door opener motor was bad because my wife tried to open the garage door when she pulled up to it and it wouldn’t open. How do you know your garage door won’t open unless you push the button and try. It’s impossible for him to know when the motor failed but he blamed it on me saying that we tried to open it too many times and it killed the motor. The interesting thing is when he first got here he said Genie is a piece of crap and that the insurance company would not pay to replace it and that they were crooks i.e. Fidelity. So had to blame the motor on us.
Nathan is dishonest.
I called another company had them come out and look at the rollers he had removed they said that they were fine they stated that all I needed was a cable they also inspected the genie and said one of the bearings on the worm gear was shot and the motor was just fine the garage door opens intermittently and because Nathan couldn’t fix it he blamed it on us. Nathan is dishonest fidelity is dishonest .
