Comments: I was satisfied with the work. Communication is not good. I had to keep calling to check if they were still coming after the appointment time. I found out that appointments were cancelled only after I called to verify. I shouldn’t have to chase behind them to find out if they are coming or not. Better communication is needed with the client.

Comments: I had the pleasure of hiring James to install my bathroom vanity all plumbing included, his work was meticulous,he explained each and everything he was doing at every point of the installation he also hooked up my light fixture on top of my mirror above the vanity and sink which isn’t something he usually does and even did that to perfection
If ever I need a plumber again without a doubt he will be the man without a doubt so if ur ever in need of a plumber try James you absolutely won’t be disappointed

Comments: We had a damaged drain pipe which was connected to the main drain in the basement. Any water used in the house; whether it was a faucet, a shower, (or a toilet), flowed through the crack on this pipe. This was an ugly job.
James was solid, however. He came in with a helper and fixed the problem in a day, which was impressive, considering the scope of the work. There was a lot of pipe involved, it was all more than 20 years old, cast iron, extra heavy, (and completely filthy). This was the kind of job that gets declined by your average plumber.
My family and I are more than satisfied with the services rendered. I'll be calling him again.

Comments: The best service I’ve had hands down. When other companies wanted to charge ridiculous prices for “emergency hours” or just simply not show up until the next day G Plumbing was here within an hour of calling. The problem was identified quickly and repaired even quicker. We couldn’t run water anywhere in the house since the main system was backed up, now it works better than it did before! G Plumbing was so knowledgeable and friendly, made it feel like we’ve known each other for years! I’ll be recommending their services to anyone that ever needs any sort of plumbing done. Phenomenal service.

Always quick to respond, personable, friendly, knowledgeable, showed up when he said he would, always wore a mask, prices were very reasonable...I seriously couldn't be happier with my entire experience! James moved and installed 2 old steam heat radiators in our 120+ year old house. He then identified and fixed the cause of this years-old leak that was destroying our wood floors and 3 previous plumbers failed to fix, but didn't fail to bill me for! I couldn't be happier with the work James did and I would recommend him highly to everyone! Thanks James!

Turns out problem is not in visable plumbing, but in the wall.So now I will be doing a partial renovation. James was honest and came twice to follow up and one time charge was minimal.
