Work Description: Central A/C unit install
Comments: I can't praise this company enough! Last summer my AC conked out in July kicking my house up to almost 90 in just an hour or two. Mike was able to quote me a reasonable price, with a warranty, and get me back up and running in no time at all. He is professional and friendly and I've already referred him to two other people. I will literally never go anywhere for any HVAC needs but here. Oh and he's a retired Marine which makes him even more awesome in my book.Lancaster PA

Work Description: Full HVAC/ heat pump / duct work install
Comments: This company is TRASH! We hired this company to do a complete install on our HVAC system including duct work and they half did everything. we have had multiple Heating/ plumbing companies come out and they have apologized each time that I had this horrible experience. They noted to never recommend them.WHAT IS EVEN WORSE? When I tried to call this company to fix it, they scheduled me on their route and then didn't show up AND BLOCKED MY PHONE NUMBER! Mike also blocked my number. Not only that, I tried calling from my work number to confront them about it to see if it was a mistake and then THEY HUNG UP AND BLOCKED THAT NUMBER AS WELL. I never once was disrespectful to them, I just wanted them to fix the unit that I paid $13K on? Do not trust this company they DO NOT "treat their customers like family" and if they do, then I feel terrible for their family members. I was taken advantage of and I now have a 3 month old baby in the house that HAS NO HEAT!!
There will be a lawsuit coming soon, so I hope their childish and dishonest actions will be their own karma in the end.

Comments: They came out on a holiday weekend and fixed our A/C. I was told up front about the costs so there were no surprises.The entire time they were out here the team was kind and professional.
