Comments: We have rental property in Casselberry Florida that is professional managed as we do not live in Florida. While our property managers provided us with an estimate from one of their vendors for a large tree that we needed removed, we decided to get estimates on our own and decided to go with ABS Tree. They did an excellent job. There were a few things that were out of their control that delayed the job but they immediately had a back up plan in place and continually communicated with me. I have never had such good communication from a company! Excellent customer service! I have owned my own business and taken classes on customer service so I know it when I see it. I received 6 estimates for this job and their pricing was very good also. They are licensed and insured and promptly provided copies to me when asked. I would highly recommend this company.Orlando FL
