Comments: UPDATE #2 - I was able to get BBB to reopen my complaint, as Robert had not made any of the refund payments offered in his response to the complaint. Once reopened, Robert apologized for not honoring his commitment and said he would send the payment that week. Now almost a month later, once again Robert has not delivered on his commitment. This morning BBB informed me that they have once again closed the complaint. This time as "unsatisfactory" because he has not responded to any of their follow-up inquiries.McKinney TX

Comments: Excellent job, and excellent communication. We hired them to replace our driveway and add an extension. Job was completed on time... actually a couple days earlier than expected. So satisfied with the level of detail and professionalism displayed, that we hired them for a secondary job to be completed the next month. Work Description: Replace 4’ x 9’ section of exposed aggregate walkway
Comments: Robert/RRA Services presented a professional quote, which included several adjustments per our request. The work was started and completed on the day scheduled, September 12. However, it was completed in the dark with the assistance of our porch lights. In the relative darkness, the finished product looked better than the original work. However, the following day imperfections were apparent. During the next several weeks, Robert made some attempts to fix these imperfections, but not to our satisfaction. We came to an agreement that he would replace one half of the work at no additional cost. November 6, Robert’s crew came to do the replacement. Towards the end of the day, Robert sent a text message that they had failed and would have to return to redo the work. I went to talk to Robert, but he and the crew had already packed their equipment and departed before he sent the text message. After several delays, Robert assured us that the work would be completed by Christmas. It wasn’t. In January, Robert offered to repair the work as originally planned, or refund half the money. I told him that I wanted a 100% refund because he did not deliver a finished product as quoted, and we needed to not only replace his work, but also repair damages made to other sections of the walkway by his crew. It is now late March. We have not heard from Robert. The formwork and loose rebar are still as he left them on November 6.UPDATE
This is a follow-up to my previous review. After filing a complaint with the BBB, six weeks ago Robert agreed to refund us in full in four weekly payments, mailing the first payment that week. We have not received any payments yet. I sent Robert an email requesting that he put a trace on the payments, but he has not responded. Mysteriously, my BBB complaint was closed out, but not by me. In May, I finally stripped the forms myself. Robert's substandard work is now visible for all to see.

Comments: After completion , there were marks in patio. They put a bowl below a defective gutter. (even though it was not leaking). A finishing contractor was sent to apply thin coat of concrete to hide. The shade is not even close. Robert suggested I buy concrete stain and he would have someone apply.
