Work Description: Ceiling beam in garage
Comments: Recently we had a problem regarding our garage ceiling. Yes, it had cracked in several places but many ceilings crack and it's no big deal. Then it started to look as if it was sagging. My husband had heard about Abrevaya Construction and contacted them about fixing our problem. Derek Abrevaya (owner) and his job foreman (Trey) came to look at the situation. After removing a small amount of ceiling drywall they knew exactly what they were dealing with. Some attic joists were broken and indeed the ceiling was falling! They didn't hesitate telling us what they needed to do and setting up a time to immediately begin work. We really appreciated them working around our schedules. The crews conducted themselves very professionally and answered any questions we had. I was very impressed with Mr. Abrevaya coming to our home several times at the end of the day to inspect the work and its progress. The work was completed in a timely manner and we felt this to be a very positive experience. We will certainly recommend Abrevaya Construction to others in the future.Dayton OH

Work Description: Replacement of roof, replacement of vinyl siding, gutters, soffets, etc
Comments: we were recommended Abrevaya Construction. They were the last company to quote. On the quoting side he was slightly higher than some of the others, however the work that was performed was better than others i have seen. The owner, Derek, would not allow his teams to transistion from one part of the job until the next before he was happy with the outcome. He does not ask you to put a sign in your yard, he keeps the work site clean. he tells you up front along the way what needs to be done. when his roof team stripped my roof only to find other problems, he was right up front about it. explaiined why it happened and what he would do to ensure it did not happen again. He is the type of general contractor that is proud of his work, his name, and his reputation. I would say that based on my experience he reminded me of holmes on homes. When i will do further remodeling i would definetly hire him to do the job.Yellow Springs OH

Work Description: Replaces damaged roof and existing roof with 3 dimensional shingles. Replaced damaged ceiling.
Comments: OMG. The recent storm knocked a tree into the ceiling of the family room. INTO the family room! We obtained 6 estimates one of whom wanted a signed contract before the insurance adjustor even saw the damage! Abrevaya's owner Dereck and his foreman Trey came over and assessed the damage and gave us an appraisal that we felt comfortable with. Plus I looked the company online and found then to be BBB certified and they had excellent reviews. Moreover the company gave me previous customers to call regarding their service. They are very transparent and I feel that was a good reason to use their service . This company is top class...when one part of the job is finished another group comes alone and does the painting, the next day the trimmers come,its like a well oiled machine. There are no worries that someone won't show up because the owner (Dereck an Trey) are always there to make sure the job is done perfectly. We are so satisfied with our results that we will definitely use them in the future!!-
