Work Description: inspection of tie-downs and anchors on a manufactured home
Comments: We sent the engineers report of the failures - HUD specifications that needed to be meet, with pictures. It was a couple of days after the inspection date, that I called for the report. I was told he couldn't find it on his ipod and would look into it and call me back. I told him to send it to the realtor also, as she would need a copy too. Our option on the house ran out on the 24th. I will not use this company again.Rockport TX

Work Description: Rear corner on back of house was sinking in sand.
Comments: ABC came in and did a wonderful job on raising that corner and putting in cement pilings and in no time they had the corner righted. They also did the rest across that area. They were very professional and did a wonderful job.
