Comments: AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!! Not only would I give ZERO stars, I would actually give NEGATIVE STARS if that were an option!!!!! This company was hired by my neighbor to remove a tree that was damaged, while attempting to remove sad tree. They knocked over two other trees. One of them fell directly on my trailer, my wood shed and my fence now did the guys come knock on my door and let me know what happened. No I come running out and find them all on my property trying to cut down the tree and trying to get it off my property without me noticing any damages lucky for me. I was home and have cameras and caught a bunch of them out on my property trying to sweep all that damage under the rug now the guy won’t even be mad enough to give me his insurance information so I can file a claim. He knows his company dead wrong yet he will not man up and take accountability!!! I had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well as a property damage attorney to sue for punitive and compensatory damages. If I were you I would RUN not walk anywhere else you can, Do NOT use THIS COMPANY , EVER!!!!!!Waltham MA

Never heard backUpdate : please see pictures attached . Absolutely frustrating and not responsible business owner , if you don’t want to do a job , don’t give a quote . COMMUNICATION would be nice . He also did quotes for a few friends with bigger jobs , they all went elsewhere . Stay far away from this man and his company

Comments: AA Tree & Shrub Service removed a huge tree that fell from the neighbor’s yard onto our garage. The tree was over 80 feet long and caused extensive damage to the garage and car parked outside. Alfredo responded the same day he was called and surveyed the job. He provided a very reasonable quote and scheduled removal the following day. Everyone arrived on time and provided exceptional service. They were professional and through. The job required their crane to lift the massive trunk off the garage after the branches and most of the tree body was cut off. The yard was cleared and cleaned. This company is A++.Lowell MA

Comments: I gave a deposit for the removal of 3 large trees and 4 small trees. When they did not show up, I called, and they said the next day. The next day they did half the job and said to pay them for most of it, they will come back in 3 days to finish. I did. Big mistake. They never answered.
