Work Description: Interior Painting 3+ rooms
Comments: I was not at all happy with this vendor. They came out, bid the job, and then quoted me tax on labor which is not done in Tennessee. We arranged a schedule and we were promised the job would be completed in 3 days. We accepted that agreement, signed a contract and paid 60% down on a $3,400 contract. We contracted for Satin paint from Sherwin-Williams. Egg shell paint was used and not satin. It took them 8 days to complete the job, not the 3 days promised.They kept pulling people off our job to handle other jobs. On Friday, when we needed the job completed, they sent one painter to do trim work.
A lot of promises were made and most of them were broken. This company cost me time and money due to their lack of appropriate scheduling. They pay their painters hourly, not by the job, so the crew left everyday by 4:30 p.m.
I would not recommend them for future projects. Out of 5 stars I would give them 2.
