They came out for a small repair and made the initial repair, facilitated the whole process with the insurance company and then did quality and timely work when they replaced the entire roof. Work Description: Fix two roof leaks
Comments: Contacted A&R to discuss the job. They agreed to be out the next day but advised me that since we had rain in the forecast, the schedule may shift. Since it was raining hard the next morning but was forecast to stop by noon, they told me they would be out at the house by 1:45pm. They pulled into the driveway at 1:45pm sharp! They took the time to thoroughly inspect the roof inside and out to find the leak points. Found both and went to work. Took them only 30 minutes on the roof to re-caulk the flashings.Doing A good job and being on time ranks them high on my list!
