Description: New Phase Construction has been working in Las Vegas since 1994. We have been performing Property Management service for over 18 years and I have done fire and insurance repairs since 1985. New Phase started as a licensed contracting business under a B-2 license in CA in 1990 and Las Vegas in 1996. I left my contracting business here in 2005 and took time off for a Bachelors degree in Industrial Technology, with minors in Construction Management, and Business Administration. My Masters is in Health & Safety. I had never finished High School when I started as a Bricklayer in 1977 and I wanted to run a better business.
So know I have restarted A New Phase Construction as maintenance and service constructors. We have some of the best craftsman in the valley with a goal of performing your project the way you want it.
