Comments: Extremely happy that A Greener South answered my call for help in fixing my messed up sprinklers! Came out 2 days after I called which was fine since it wasn't an emergency. Marcelo was great in diagnosing all the issues and expertly fixing each one in just over 2 hours. He capped off some pipes that were broken and no longer needed. Dug up and repaired another broken pipe. Replaced a valve & rewired my control box. Uncovered all my control valves that had gotten covered by the landscaper. Marcelo was very professional and courteous and obviously skilled. Most importantly, the price was right! I would recommend A Greener South to anyone who needs sprinkler maintenance or repair.

Comments: A Greener South came to repair a cut sprinkler pipe and electrical. The pipe was repaired and the electrical was said to be repaired, but the electrical doesn't work. So, $750 later my sprinklers still do not work and the electrical was not repaired. Now they want to charge me more to fix. No thanks. It should've been fixed the first time.

Comments: Technician Jimmy did repair 3 zones adequately and properly, however the 4th zone was faulty and caused a leak. He did come back the following week and wanted to charge an additional amount to repair the problem which was to reroute the 4th zone.
I was satisfied with his work and professionalism until then. I paid for faulty work and he wanted to charge an additional fee to correct it.

Mr. juarbe so I did want to clarify on jimmys behalf who is an amazing technician and human being. his repair that he made was a successful repair but because the irrigation line continued on underneath the concrete last that point. that once it was turned back on the water started coming out of an additional broken area in the lines under the concrete. no way to know that was the case before making the initial repairs. everything was performed correctly and continuing repairs we’re needed and we are happy to come back if needed!!!
