Comments: Charles did not know what he was doing. Claimed the job would be done in 3 days but after the 3 days was only 10% complete and it was done wrong. After we fired him he came back with bags of trash and dumped them in our yard. He’s a liar and has no ethics. BEWARE!

Good morning Mr. Gary we are sorry that you feel this way, we agreed to have the job done by today Thursday 06/23/2022 a day and a half before the job was completed you fire us, we didn't leave your home until 10:30 at night, for 2 nights in a role reinforcing the HOLE floor that was NOT part of the contract. Sir, it was supposes to be sub-floor floor and tiles. But we crawled under your trailer just to find BLACK MOLD and MILDEW sir, we sprayed for you and did not charge you for it. We did NOT charge you for the reinforcing of the floor when it was NEVER, part of the contract, NOT including we had to work around the fact, your wife is living within the home. From the kindness we beat ourselves to ground to make sure we went the extra mile for you and you wife sir. You all didn't have a clue it was BLACK MOLE and MILDEW under the foundation. we showed up every day and had a day and half left to complete the job. This is why we document, take pictures, and have contracts for times like this. We did more then we agreed to, so before you try to discredit me and my company, please understand, that we had a day and a half left to complete the job THE RIGHT WAY but we was fire because, it took a little longer do to the extra mile we took to make sure YOUR floor was done RIGHT? Within the years I been doing this work or any work, I NEVER give a customer a date and time for the completion and DID NOT reach that date and time with flying colors and the customer wasn't happy until now. God bless you sir and we hope the best for you and your floor.
