They were all "we will come out and do a full assessment before we give you a price". B. S. s. You can get a price for an AC unit over the phone. Why not a heat pump? Comments: Eli struck me as being a very Shady guy. He spoke really fast and made all kinds of promises to try and get our business. But I had done my homework on HVAC units and know for a fact that some of the things he said we absolutely not true. One thing I corrected him on and he told me I was wrong. I looked it up again after he left and I was correct, he was wrong. I looked up reviews on them and found that to many people had a lot of problems with them after hiring them to do the work.
