Comments: Hired A-1 To paint the exterior of my House in Elk Grove. They did an outstanding job. Greg and his crew were very professional, and did a great job my house looks awesome! They had no problems, issues or complaints dealing with me or my wife and our particular attention to detail. Any corrections I had even after they started was done with no questions. I would have no problem hiring this company again and highly recommend them if you are going to paint your house. As a matter of fact I will be hiring them again for another project and look forward to working with Greg and his crew

Comments: Greg at A-1 was AWESOME...he called and came right over to give me an estimate. Later in the day he emailed the estimate along with all his Insurance coverage. After our HOA approved our paint scheme I called Greg and got the ball rolling. Everything promised in the est. was completed without issue. The gus that painted and prepped the house were great as well. We have a sizable home and day 1) 1 guy and a pressure washer...day 2) 6 guys attacked the house and got the whole body done and a good portion of the trim...day 3) had 5 guys show up and finished all the trim in half a day. It was a very east experience and they did a FANTASTIC job!!!

Comments: I hired A-1 to paint the exterior of my Mom's 2-story stucco home. I live in another state and most of the painters I contacted were not willing to take the job because it required too much work on ladders, plus the wood trim was peeling badly. Greg gave us a great price and his crew did an excellent job. They started promptly, finished quickly and left no mess behind. Everyone was very polite and professional. Best of all, my Mom is thrilled and her home looks beautiful.

Comments: Being a very busy working mom, I am super glad I found a Great Company to paint the exterior of my home. From the start Greg and Linda were patient, courteous and understanding through the decision process and scheduling. They were not pushy and were able to accommodate my crazy schedule every step of the way. Once the project got started, Carlos and crew walked me through each step of the painting process, confirmed every detail I wanted and made suggestions along the way. They were onsite early, pleasant and not disturbing to neighbors. They were very courteous to my family as we went in and out of the house. End result.... GORGEOUS! I would definitely hire them again for another project in the future and refer them to friends and family. A job guys! Thanks again!!

Comments: Greg Davis, owner contacted me within thirty mins of my initial inquiry. I was given a complete walk through my residence and apprised of what was recommended with an immediate estimate. We agreed on an actual start time and work was started exactly when promised. Greg had his crew on the job and made personal appearances to monitor progress of the job. The house was completed on schedule and to this owners absolute satisfaction. A-1 is a very appropriate name for this company. Thank you so much for putting me in touch with this company.

Comments: A-1 was the first to respond, give the estimate, lowest price, and did excellent work and followed up on job. Will consider them first for additional work. Had it done in 2 days.

Comments: A1 refused to accept the 10% discount coupon provided by networx. They charged me for a pipe break that was their fault, because they didn't want to bill their insurance. Expected my family to go without water for over 24 hours. They left garbage (bottles, cigarette butts, etc) throughout the yard. Numerous paint spills not cleaned up after pointing them out. Too many other details to list that made this a not so great experience. While I am satisfied with the end result of the painting, I would not use this company again.
fi rstoff that was the worst condition of a house I've ever seen in my life paint peeling off it it was horrible we come through we do what we do and that is nail in all nails that are sticking out of the house how are we to know that whoever built her house stuck a nail not all the way in right where the pipe was ,was that our fault no our fault is to make sure that we button up the house properly by knowing all nails in what she doesn't realize is I had a plumber ready to go but she jumped the gun and the plan for theplumber picked was twice the price as the plumber that I picked she was rude obnoxious and very hard to deal with as far as the trash yes there was one water bottle in the yard I didn't see the cigarette butts and we cleaned up when we left I tried to make it right with her but she was so rude about the situation and so abrupt that there was no dealIng with herI'm sorry she feels that way we pride ourselves on excellent I hardly even advertise anymore because we have so much word of mouth referrals because we do excellent work I'm sorry she had an unsatisfactory experience with the pipe she was sweet as pie to all that happened but I understand I was willing to go half on it she wanted me to pay for the whole thing with a with a plumber that was overpriced what he doesn't know is that I was online for an hour trying to find a plumber for a reasonable rate which she could care less about she assumed that I was not taking care of that situation which I was it's too bad she had to jump the gun cuz I had a plumber online and was going to come out there and take care of the issue for $250 I don't have problem with that when I'm being challenged for $500 and never seen the plumber I become suspicious so I'd have to say my experience with her wasn't very pleasant either but I respect the fact that my men put out the best quality around that's why I have referrals vs spending all my money on advertising
