Wayne Grace is the treasurer & secretary with over 40 years of construction
experience with a concentration in the MEP trades. Over 10 years as Director of Construction Northeast
(over 8,000 units) for AIMCO, a national property management company. He was responsible for all
aspects of interior and exterior construction and managing a project from an idea to reality. Facilitate
inter-action between owners, property managers, government agencies, professionals (architects,
engineers), and corporate leadership. Contractor relationships including scopes, bidding, contracts,
and quality control.
