Comments: I had an emergency on a Sunday. I left a message for him. He did not return my call. I called Monday after lunchtime. He came out Tuesday to look at the problem. He left with the understanding that he was going to try to get the material needed from his supplier. Friday I called in the morning and the afternoon, leaving a message each time. He never returned my calls. He knew that the water to my entire house had been turned off since Sunday. He abandoned me.Whitehall PA

Work Description: Mr. Steinberg replaced my water shut off valve in my basement. Though he was unable to shut off the water from my pavement due to the key being stripped, he came up with an idea to bypass using his key to shut off my water and successfully completed the job. He also fitted my sewage trap in front of my house by filing down my drain pipe so the cap could flush to the trap.

Work Description: I needed a pipe replaced that led from the main gas line to a stove in my kitchen in order to reapir a gas leak. PGW shut off the gas until it was repaired without notifying me of the leak.
Comments: The plumber that came out was aware and not only showed me courteous service but was very professional. He came right out the next morning, found the leak and repaired it. He then checked for more leaks with an air test.I would recommend this plumber to anyone.
