Work Description: bed bug removal
Comments: I'm really disappointed to have to write this review, but unfortunately, Jerry did not solve our problem. He first came to our home in October to address our bed bug issue. He doesn't use chemicals - he just uses heaters. Being our first time experiencing bed bugs, we assumed that with his reviews that he would know how to address the bugs.About a month after his first treatment, we found more bedbugs, so we called him back. He came back again and used the heaters. We stopped experiencing bites for a while, but about a month after that, they came back again for a third time. At this point, Jerry was unfortunately in the hospital. We asked for him to come back to our house but never heard back from him.
At this point, we're getting eaten alive, so I searched for another provider to help solve our problem. They came in, coated our carpet, deconstructed our bed frame to treat between each piece of the frame, raised the bed with bed bug protectors and covered both the mattress and springboard with an impenetrable cover to prevent from any further bed bugs. The long story short is that now they are finally gone.
After this fiasco, we reached out to Jerry to ask for our money back since he didn't solve our problem ($1000 for a 1,000 sq ft apartment seemed exorbitant as it was, and now with no solution, even more so). He claims he has a 60-day guarantee, which we contacted him about a month after each of the treatments because it was never solved.
Beyond being completely swindled out of our money, Jerry failed to show up to the job on time. Being in high pressured jobs, my husband and I don't have the time to wait around all day, so I would suggest that he works on being more prompt.
I hope that other people with this problem read this review, because he won't solve your problem, and he's just out for your money!!!
