Comments: Price was good but contractor didn't show for job. He had relatives install floor. One busted a water line and had to tear out the flooring that had been installed at that time. Contractor didn't call plumber to immediately fix the plumbing so we were without water for seven hours. Had to cut hole in wall to fix plumbing. Floor wasn't sanded properly by relatives so had to be redone and wasn't done properly the second time. Contractor was having personal issues and wasn't timely or available at other times. He did try to make everything right but it was messed up from the start.Kent WA
