Description: This company began in June of 1972 as Southeast Construction Ltd. in Volusia County Florida. Initially the builders license was used to construct speculative homes for sale wherein I would take homes as trade for the down payment. I have had a metal building franchise and built the UPS complex in Daytona Beach, in 1976. Built an architecturally designed home in Ormond Beach that was featured in Better Homes and Gardens in 1978. I Have built a total of 143 homes in the past 30+ years, and numerous remodel projects. I enjoy building this and am proud to drive by homes that where created many years ago to see them still looking sound and new. I employ craftsman only, I am a craftsman putting an emphasis on strength. The best thing that has ever happen to the building code was the upgrades over the past 10 years for hurricane resistance. Homes are much more secure now when following the new codes.
