I really don't understand this review, the customer rents a condo with an old hot water heat system that hadn't worked for 4 years before she called us. She was told it could be a bad t-stat by other companies, when we checked it out for her we did find a bad t-stat but the unit was in a tight closet and if changing out the t-stat was not the only problem we would have to pull the unit out to trouble shoot it and that would be an expensive project (one she was not paying for), and the owner of the property decided to only change the t-stat, needles to say that did not fix the problem and the owner refused to pay for anymore work to be done. But we returned several times at no charge to see if we could do anything else to help but were unable to do anything short of pulling out the old unit which like I said the owner did not want to pay for. P.S. we have a signed invoice by the owner stating that she is aware that changing out the t-stat may not repair the problem at the request of any potential customers that would like to see..
